Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026
Steady Craft Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website and provides professional website and CRM services. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (when you fill out a form, request a quote, or contact us):
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Company name and type of business
- Monthly spend and tool usage (on the Getting Serious intake)
- Anything else you write in a form's message field
We also collect limited automatic information when you visit this site:
- IP address, browser type, and device information
- Pages viewed and time spent
- Referring URL
- How you reached us: if you arrive from a tagged link (our Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, or one of our Google ads), the page you landed on, the campaign tags or ad click ID in that link, and the date
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes
- Deliver our services (build your website, manage your CRM, run your dashboards)
- Send you service updates and the occasional newsletter (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- Improve our site and understand how visitors use it
- See which of our ads, listings, and links bring in inquiries
- Comply with legal obligations
Connecting your Facebook and Instagram accounts
If you are a client, you may choose to connect your Facebook Page and Instagram business account so we can manage your social presence for you. This is always optional, and you can disconnect at any time.
When you connect, we receive and store the following from Meta:
- Your Page and Instagram account name, ID, and profile details
- An access token that lets us act on your behalf (stored encrypted, never shared)
- Posts we publish for you, and the performance stats for those posts (reach, likes, comments)
- If you enable our inbound messaging feature: messages and leads people send to your Page, so we can reply to them for you
We use this only to deliver the service you asked for: publishing your posts, reporting how they performed, and responding to your inbound messages. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the providers listed below.
To disconnect, remove Steady Craft from your Facebook Business Integrations, or email us and we will disconnect it and delete the stored token.
Automated replies
If you enable inbound messaging, we use an AI service (Anthropic) to draft replies to messages your Page receives. Message content is sent to that provider only to generate the reply. It is not used to train their models.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and check the box agreeing to receive texts, we may send you text messages about our work together: replies to something you asked, demo and appointment confirmations, onboarding steps, and account or billing notices.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We only text people who gave us their number and agreed to receive texts. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, and we will not text you again from that program. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT work the same way. Reply HELP or INFO for help, email [email protected], or call (814) 592-4224. If you opted out and want messages again, reply START or UNSTOP.
You can also ask us to stop by email or by telling us on a call. We honor an opt-out however it reaches us, not only by text.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share limited information with service providers that help us operate, including hosting and databases (Cloudflare, Supabase), email delivery (Resend), text message delivery (Telnyx), payment processing (Stripe), AI processing (Anthropic), analytics and ad measurement (Google Analytics, Google Ads), and the social platforms you connect (Meta). These providers are contractually required to protect your data.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
Your data, your ownership
If you become a client, you retain ownership of your content, contacts, and data. You can export it anytime, and if you cancel, we help you migrate out. We don't lock in client data.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we have about you
- Request corrections or deletion
- Opt out of marketing emails (every email has an unsubscribe link)
- Opt out of text messages (reply STOP to any text, or email us)
- Opt out of analytics and ad measurement (turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser, and this site will not load Google Analytics or Google Ads for you)
- File a complaint with your local data protection authority
Email [email protected] to exercise any of these.
Deleting your data
You can have your data deleted at any time. There are two ways:
- Email us. Send a deletion request to [email protected] from the address on your account. We will confirm within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
- Disconnect Facebook or Instagram. Go to your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, find Steady Craft, and remove it. This immediately revokes our access. We then delete the stored access token and any Page data we held.
Deletion removes your personal information, your stored access tokens, and the social content and message history we hold for you. We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and payment records.
Cookies and conversion tracking
This site uses these cookies:
- How you found us (
sc_ft, our own cookie, kept 90 days). Set only when you arrive from a tagged link. It remembers the page you landed on, the campaign tags or ad click ID in that link, the site that sent you, and the date. If you fill out one of our forms during those 90 days, we save it with your request so we know which link brought you in. It is not used for anything else. - Google Analytics (
_gaand_ga_cookies, kept up to 2 years). Counts visits and shows how people use the site: pages viewed, time spent, device and browser, and your approximate location. Google processes this for us. - Google Ads conversion tracking (
_gcl_cookies, kept 90 days). If you click one of our ads on Google, these let Google tell us when that click led to a form submission or a tap on our phone number, so we know which ads work. Google may also read its own cookies on its own websites to do this.
We use this data to measure our own ads. We don't build remarketing lists, and we don't use it to show you ads on other websites. To opt out, turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser, which stops this site from loading Google Analytics and Google Ads, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on and My Ad Center. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
Google's use of this data is covered by How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Data retention
We keep form submissions and client data for as long as we have an active relationship plus 3 years, then delete it. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Children's privacy
Our services aren't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we'll post a notice here and, if you're a client, email you. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
