Steady Craft partner terms
One page, plain words. This is the whole arrangement. If something here is not what you were told at the counter, do not sign it. Ask Levi and we will fix the page.

What you do
You tell your customers that you use us, and you hand them a card. That is all we ask. There is no quota, no script you have to read, and nothing you have to fill in or log into.

What we do
We answer the people you send, build their website before they pay for it, and treat them the way we would treat someone who found us on their own. We keep you posted on what came of the people you sent, and we pay you what clause 4 says.

What your customer gets
$100 off the setup on Get Called, which makes it $897 and then $149 a month. $200 off the setup on Never Miss a Job, which makes it $2,297 and then $997 a month. Their web address is registered in their own name. They see the site built before they pay anything.

What we pay you
$100 for every customer you send who signs up for Get Called. $200 for every customer you send who signs up for Never Miss a Job. One payment per customer, not per month. If somebody you sent buys something else, ring Levi and we will agree on it then rather than guess here.

When we pay you
Thirty days after that customer's first payment clears, by Zelle or by check, your pick. If you look likely to pass $600 in a year we need a W-9 from you before the first payment, so we can send you a 1099 at year end.

Refunds inside 90 days
If a customer you sent gets a refund or reverses the charge within 90 days of paying, the payment for that customer is void. If we already paid you for them, it comes off your next payment instead. Nothing else about your arrangement changes.

Your own website
We build you an Own Your Region website, our top plan, with the $1,497 setup waived. You pay $249 a month with no contract. If your website is already fine you can take the AI Receptionist instead, with the $499 setup waived, at $149 a month.
Your web address is registered in your legal business name, you are the listed owner at the registrar, and it goes with you if you leave. The website itself is built and hosted on our platform, so the build stays with us. You can cancel any month, and when you do the site comes down.

No exclusivity
You are free to recommend anyone else you like, for websites or anything else. We are free to work with other shops, including ones near you. Neither of us owes the other a first look.

No promises on the other's behalf
The card states the offer and nothing else. Do not promise your customer a ranking, a number of leads, a price we have not published, or a date. We will not promise anything about your shop either.

Your customers' details stay with us
We never hand a customer's contact details, price, or anything they told us back to you, even though you sent them. We tell you they signed up and we pay you. We would not hand your details to anyone either.

Ending it
Either of us can end this arrangement at any time, in writing, including a text message. Any payment already earned on a customer who has paid still gets paid on the normal schedule. Your website is a separate month-to-month arrangement and carries on until you cancel it.

We are not partners in the legal sense
This does not make either of us the other's employee, agent, or business partner in law. You are not on our payroll, and neither of us can sign anything on the other's behalf. Each of us runs and insures our own business.
