The wait is there so a refund never turns into us asking you to send a payment back. If that customer gets a refund inside 90 days, the payment is void, or it comes off your next one. That is the only catch and it is written into the terms.
If you look likely to pass $600 in a year, we need a W-9 before the first payment so we can send you a 1099 at year end. Takes two minutes.
You do not have to fill anything in or log into anything. Any one of these is enough for us to know the customer came from you.
Your staff line is "we use Levi at Steady Craft, mention us and it is $100 off." When somebody says your name on the phone or types it in the form, it gets written down against you.
You get printed cards for the counter with your own page on them. The QR opens that page, with your name at the top and the offer already applied. Scanning it is enough.
Nobody has to type anything in. The money comes off when they pay through your page, or through a link Levi sends them, and your shop is on that payment. That is what we pay against, so there is a paper trail either of us can pull up.
