Google & Meta ads for the trades · From $600 a month · You pay the platforms directly
Ads Management · Requires an active website plan

Ads that start where you only pay for calls.

We run Google and Meta ads for trades businesses. You pay Google and Meta directly and you own the accounts. We start you on pay-per-lead, where you're charged when the phone rings, and add Search and Facebook once the first channel is earning.

You own the ad accounts Weekly numbers, plain English Junk leads disputed for you 30 days' notice, no contract
01Three plans

Start small. Add a channel when it's earning.

Prices are our management fee plus a one-time setup for the build. Ad spend is separate and paid to Google or Meta by you. The spend ranges are what we've seen work for one-crew trades businesses.

02Why now

Google is changing how the trades buy leads.

Google is folding Local Services Ads into Performance Max pay-per-lead through late 2026. Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, cleaning, lawn care, pest control and moving are in the first wave. When an account flips, the old dashboard, budgets, and history go with it. Most owners find out after.

01

Your history gets deleted

Google gives about two weeks' notice, then the old reports are gone. We export everything first so you keep what worked.

02

The new system rewards setup

Performance Max pay-per-lead needs the right conversion tracking on your site or it can't learn. Your Steady Craft site is built for it.

03

Pay-per-lead is the safe first step

You pay when someone calls, not when someone clicks. Junk calls get disputed. It's the cheapest way to learn what a lead costs in your town.

03The rules

How we work, in plain terms.

  • You pay Google and Meta directly. Ad money never passes through us.
  • You own the ad accounts. If you leave, everything stays yours.
  • Every plan starts on pay-per-lead. We add channels when the first one is earning, not before.
  • The setup fee is one-time and is never waived. It is refunded if Google won't approve you.
  • An active Steady Craft website plan is required.
  • No guarantees on leads or cost per lead. You get the real numbers every week.
  • Thirty days' notice to stop. No contract.
04Straight answers

Questions.

Do I pay you for the ad spend?+
No. You pay Google and Meta directly, on your own card, in accounts you own. Our fee is only for running them. Money for ads never passes through us.
Is there a contract?+
No. Thirty days' notice to stop. The setup fee is one-time and is refunded if Google won't approve your business for pay-per-lead.
Do you guarantee leads?+
No, and nobody honest does. What you get is the numbers every week, in plain English, and a straight answer if it isn't working. If a channel isn't earning we tell you to turn it off.
Why do I need a Steady Craft website first?+
Because ads land somewhere. If the page they land on is slow, unclear, or can't track a call, the ads look bad and it wasn't the ads. Your Steady Craft site is one we can measure and fix.
What happens above $2,000 a month in ad spend?+
Our fee becomes 15% of spend instead of the flat rate. At that size the work scales with the account.
Why pay-per-lead first?+
On Google's pay-per-lead ads you only pay when someone actually calls, and Google refunds junk calls when we dispute them. It's the lowest-risk way to find out what a lead costs in your town before spending on Search or Facebook.
