Never Miss a Job · $2,497 setup, then $997 a month · Every call answered or the month is free
Never Miss a Job · For trades with real call volume

Every call answered. Every lead called. Or the month is free.

Your website, a receptionist on your phone, an AI that calls every web lead in seconds, and the Google ads that make the phone ring. One company responsible for all of it, and one page a month that shows what booked.

Phone answered 24/7 Web leads called in seconds Ads you only pay for when it rings No contract
01What's in it

Everything a customer touches, handled.

Each of these is sold on its own. Together they are one product with one person behind it, and two things you cannot buy separately.

Own Your Region website

City pages across your service area, Google Business Profile set up right, reviews, and monthly edits. The ads land here, so we have to run it.

$249/mo + $1,497

AI Receptionist, 200 minutes a month

Picks up when you can't, 24 hours a day. Books the job, texts you the details, flags emergencies. Double the minutes of the stand-alone plan.

$149/mo + $499

Speed to Lead

Someone sends your website form and your receptionist calls them within seconds, books them, texts you. Missed-call text-back included.

$199/mo + $299

Pay-per-call Google ads, managed

The spot at the top of Google where you only pay when the phone rings. We build it, get you through Google's verification, run it, and dispute the junk. Spend goes to Google on your card.

$600/mo + $750

The Jobs Report

One page a month. Calls answered, leads called back, jobs booked, ad calls, what a booked job cost you, and the calls you would have missed. Not a dashboard. A page.

Bundle only

Quarterly review with Levi

Thirty minutes every quarter on what the report says and what to change. Plus same-day changes to anything above, any time.

Bundle only

Sold separately

Before the two things you cannot buy separately, and before the guarantee.

02By the numbers

Why all three pieces at once.

Each number is one part of the loop, from the people who measure it.

82%

of callers go to a competitor when nobody answers. The receptionist is the part that answers.

21x

better odds of qualifying a web lead at five minutes than at thirty. Speed to Lead calls in seconds.

$233

what a paying customer costs through pay-per-call ads, on an average ticket of $1,826. The ads are the part that makes it ring.

03How it works

Three ways a job reaches you. All three answered.

01

They call

You're on a job. The receptionist picks up on the first ring, as your business, finds out what they need, offers two times, books it, and texts you. Emergencies text you the moment they end.

02

They fill out your form

Within seconds the receptionist calls them back. "You just sent us a message on our website, so I'm calling right back." Confirms the job, books it, texts you. No answer? They get a text and you get the lead.

03

They search Google

You're in the paid spot at the top, with a button to call. You pay Google only when somebody does, and the receptionist is what picks up. That is the loop: the ads ring the phone, the phone gets answered, the report shows what booked.

04The guarantee

Answered in 60 seconds, or the month is free.

The answered guarantee

Every call to your business and every lead from your website is answered or called back inside 60 seconds during your business hours. If one is not, that month's $997 is refunded. We log every call and every lead, so you do not have to take our word for it: ask and we send the log.

What we do not guarantee: how many people search for you, what Google charges per call, or that every lead books. Those are the market and your prices. Answering is ours.

05Pricing

One job a month pays for it.

Bought separately, the four pieces are $1,197 a month and $3,045 to set up. Together they are $997 and $2,497, with 200 minutes, the report, the review and the guarantee on top. For an electrician, an excavator, a pressure washer, one booked job that would have gone to voicemail covers the month.

06Who it's for

Built for the trades. Not for everyone.

Right for you if

  • Your average job is $300 or more
  • The phone rings while you are working and some of it goes to voicemail
  • You get leads from your website and see them hours later
  • You are an electrician, plumber, HVAC, excavator, pressure washer, tree service, roofer, or similar

Not right for you if

  • Your jobs are under $100 (a barbershop, a food truck): the receptionist alone is the buy
  • You cannot answer a booked customer within a day: the guarantee covers the first 60 seconds, the rest is you
  • You want a promise about how many leads: nobody honest can make that one
07Straight answers

Questions.

Why not just buy the pieces?+
You can. Sold separately they run $1,197 a month plus $3,045 in setup, and you get four things nobody is looking at together. The bundle is $200 a month less, and gets you 200 receptionist minutes instead of 100, the Jobs Report, the quarterly review, the guarantee, and one person who owns the whole front door. Most owners find the report alone is worth the difference: it is the only place the ads, the calls, and the bookings are on one page.
What does the setup fee cover?+
Building the website across your service area, building your receptionist from your services and hours, buying and wiring your local number, registering your business with the carriers so texts go out as you, connecting your website's form, and the long part: getting you through Google's verification for the pay-per-call ads. That last one is licensing, insurance, background checks and a D-U-N-S number, and it is where most people give up.
How fast is it live?+
The website, the receptionist, and Speed to Lead inside two weeks. The ads are on Google's clock: verification runs a few weeks, and your monthly does not start until it is all live.
Does the guarantee really mean free?+
Yes. If a call or a web lead during your business hours went unanswered for more than 60 seconds and you tell us, that month's $997 comes back. We log every call and every lead, so it takes us a minute to check. It has to be during the hours you gave us; a 2am web lead gets a text and a call at 8am.
Who pays for the ads?+
Google bills you directly, on your card, for the calls. You set the monthly ceiling. We never touch your ad money and the account stays in your name.
Does it record calls?+
No. Nothing is recorded, on purpose. You get the text after every call and a log of every call's length. The report is built from those.
Can I cancel?+
Any time, with 30 days notice. No contract. Your domain and your ad account are yours and stay with you.

Stop losing jobs you never knew you had.
