AI Receptionist · For owner-operators

Every call answered. Even on the job.

A receptionist that picks up when you can't, books the work, and texts you the name, number, and address. It runs 24 hours a day and it never puts anyone on hold.

01How it works

You keep working. It keeps answering.

Most of your calls come in while you're on a job. The ones that go to voicemail book with whoever picks up next. This is the fix.

01

Your line forwards to it

Keep your number. Calls roll to the receptionist when you don't pick up, or all the time if you'd rather never miss one. We set the forwarding up with you.

02

It answers as your business

It knows your services, your prices you want quoted, your service area, and what counts as urgent. It finds out what the caller needs, offers two times, and books it.

03

You get a text

Name, number, address, what they need, and when. Before you've put the tools down. Urgent calls text you the moment they end.

02By the numbers

What an unanswered phone costs, measured.

Not our numbers. Consumer surveys and call data from the companies that track this for a living.

82%

of consumers say they will call a competitor if a business does not answer. 78% have dropped a business over one unanswered call.

43%

of inbound calls to trades businesses turn into booked jobs when someone answers. Electrical 41%, plumbing 43%, HVAC 38%.

53%

of homeowners are comfortable with an AI assistant handling the first call. 97% say how fast a pro responds decides who they hire.

03Hear it yourself

Call the demo line.

It's the receptionist we use ourselves. Call like you're a business owner asking about a website. Try to book a call. Ask what things cost. Ask it if it's a robot.

Open around the clock. A couple of minutes is plenty.

  • Ask what a website costs. It knows our prices and tells you straight.
  • Say you're already a customer and your site is down. See how it handles urgent.
  • Ask it if it's a robot. It'll tell you.
  • Try to book a time with Levi. It offers two, then takes your name and number. Levi calls everyone who tries it.

This one is built around our business. Yours would be built around your services, your prices, and your hours.

04Pricing

One setup. One monthly. Grows only when you do.

Answering services charge two to three dollars a minute for a person reading a script. This costs less than a third of that and answers on the first ring.

05Straight answers

Questions.

Does it sound like a robot?+
It is an AI, and it says so if a caller asks. It answers on the first ring, speaks plainly, and gets the caller booked. Customers care that someone picked up and took their details. Call the demo line and judge for yourself.
Do I have to change my phone number?+
No. You keep your number. Calls forward to the receptionist when you don't pick up, or all the time, your choice. We set the forwarding up with you.
What happens with emergencies?+
The receptionist knows what counts as urgent for your trade. An urgent call gets the caller's name, number, and the problem, and you get a text right away.
Is the call recorded?+
No. Nothing is recorded. You get a text with the name, number, address, and what they need. We keep a log of every call and send it to you on request.
Can it text my customers back?+
Not this one. The receptionist texts you, the owner. If you want the people whose calls you miss to get a text from your number, that is the missed-call text-back, a separate $49 a month add-on.
What does the setup fee cover?+
Building the receptionist around your business: your services, your prices, your hours, what counts as urgent. Buying and wiring the phone number, walking you through the forwarding, and running test calls with you before it takes a real one. One-time, never recurs.
What if I go over 100 minutes?+
Extra minutes are 95 cents each, billed at the end of the month. You see every call and its length, so nothing is a surprise.
Can I cancel?+
Anytime. No contract and no minimum term.
